About Us

The Lēto Foods Story
Why we developed during & after pregnancy smoothies for delivery

We are a female-founded company that has been supported by a community of women.

It started on a snowy weekend in Northern Michigan. Four women, two pregnant, and a whole lot of questions.

While we immediately recognized many opinions existed about what to eat and what not to eat during pregnancy, we were looking for something based in research and focused on more than just the baby’s health. Advised by our industry-leading women’s health registered dietitian nutritionist, we started with the facts. We set out to provide something convenient and satisfying. We wanted to make it easy to eat nutritiously during pregnancy through all-natural and clean foods - no more ingredient second-guessing!

The result was benefit-packed, nutrient-filled smoothies, developed, honed, and perfected by a community of women. To our chef, our nutritionist, our friends new and old, our mothers, our daughters, our advisors, and the rest of the community of women who have supported us: thank you.

We hope you can have our during & after pregnancy smoothies ordered in a snap, and are thrilled with the Lēto Foods box delivered at your door.

It is our wish to empower women by providing food that puts them at the forefront. Because in the end, we believe that a healthy baby begins with you.
